As a re ult of recent realignments within the NRC's Uranium Recovery Field Office, Dr. Harry J. Pettengill has assumed responsibility for NRC concurrence on the UMTRA project's vicinity properties which was previously held by Mr. Ed Hawkins. Therefore, all vicinity property correspondence should be addressed to Dr. Pettengill. Vicinity property project management will remain with Mr. Randy Brich.
