You stated that the subritted infernation should be considered exempt from man-catory public disclosure for the folicwing reasons:

1. The information sought to bc 5.ithheld from public, disclosure is e,ned and has been held in confidence by Westinghouse.
2. The infortaation is of a type customarily held in confidence by Westinghouse and not customarily disclosed to the public,
3. The infonnation was transmitted to the Comission in confidence.
