By letters dated June 2, 1986 and June 30, 1986, your Corporation submitted Topical Report No. WCAP-9561-P-A, Addendum 3, entitled
" Thimble Modeling in Westinghouse ECCS Evaluation Model" and Topical Report No. WCAP-lll46, "MAZDA-NF-Parallel Channel Stability Analysis Code for BWR Fuel Abilities", respectively, to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an applict. tion fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,b00 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your June 2,1986 and June 30, 1986 requests were not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, your Corporation is requested to remit application fees in the amount of $300 to our office.
