SUMMARY

I spoke with a Richard Zaniewski from CUNO on this date. I asked why their name was changed. The following was his explanation.

They were a division of AMF Specialty Materials Group. A person bought AMF Specialty Materials Group and then proceded to sell off their portion of AMF to a company '

called Commercial Shearing, Inc. They are actually now a division of Commercial Shearing, Inc.

Based on aNelephone conversation with Glenda and Doris we are now going to make this a new license for CUNO. The problem now arises as to AMF Specialty Materials Grouo.

It appears that som.ething, such as a termination, should be done with this license.
