Purpose:
Low temperature overprotection systems for PWR reactor vessels are being reanalyzed because the upward shift of pressure-temperature limits causes potential operating restrictions..For some plants, the shift will be signifi-cant when Revision 2 to Regulatory Guide 1.99 becomes the basis for calc';Iating radiation damage. System issues, LTOP set points, and vessel integrity analyses are to be discussed at the meeting with representatives of the Combustion Engineering Owners Group and Combustion Engineering.
