The purpose of this modification is to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 1966, to add funding, and to revise the description of obligated funds to indicate the total cost for completion of all work required by the contract. Accordingly, the parties agree to the following changes:

Article III - Period of Performance is changed to read:
"The performance of work set forth in Article II of the contract, shall commence on June 8,1984, and continue for a 27.8 month period, through September 30, 1986.

Article V - Total Amount of Contract (For Fixed Price Effort, Section A) is deleted in its entirety and the following information is substituted l

The total amount of this contract for the delivery and acceptance of the services stipulated in Article I, Section A, is $121,486.00.
Payment shall be made in the amount of $4,370.00 per month for a 27.8 month period.
D.
Article VI - Consideration and Payment, is deleted in its entirety and the following information is inserted in lieu thereof:

A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
The total cost to the Government for fu,11 performance of Article 1, Section B, of this contract will be $7,373.22, of which the sum of 41345EB9 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which M represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under Section B of Article 1 of this contract and the actual performance cost of that work.
3.
The amount presently oblicated by the Government with respect to Article I, Section B, of the contract is $7373.22.
E.
In summary, this modification accomplishes the following actions:
1.
Extends the term of the contract through September 30, 1986.
2.
Revises statements of costs for Section A and B of Article I.
3.
Increases the amount of funds obligated by $8,859.22 from $120,000.00 to $128,859.22.
