. No.- STD-R 05-OllP entitled "Hittman Mobile Incontainer Dewatering and S,lidification System" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for-review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subse-
.quently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an acceptei topical report. Your December 18, 1985 request was not accompanied by the requirec cpplica-tion fee of $150. Therefore, your company is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
