Request for License to Export TRIGA* Replacement Components to Thailand
Dear Mr. Hauber:
General Atomics (GA) has entered into an agreement with the Office of Atomic Energy for Peace of Thailand to provide replacement parts and components for their existing TRIGA' Mark Ill reactor.
Accordingly and pursuant to 10 CFR Part 110, GA hereby requests a license to export miscellaneous I specially designed or prepared replacement parts and components as identified in 10 CFR 110 Appendix A, items 5 through 9 to Thailand. Enclosed is a completed NRC Form 7 and a check from Sorrento Electronics, Inc. (SEl), a subsidiary of General Atomics, in the amount of $1100 to cover the costof thelicense.
