Enclosed is an application for a license (XSNM03109), recently receiwd by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the er, port of low-enriched uranium, for use as reload fuel in the Confrentes-1 BWR nuclear power plant in Spain. Assurances from EURATOM are required that the material will be subject to all of tne terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
