50/395 UNIT V. C. SUMMER I DATE 11/10/86 COMPLETED BY G. A. LOIGNON TELEPHONE (803) 345-5209 0CTOBER 1986 On October 1, 1986, the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station Unit 1 was operating at approximately 100% power.
On October 7, 1986, at 0710 the unit was taken off line, and at 0935 the reactor was shutdown to replace the Reactor Coolant Drain Tank relief valve and repair stem-leakoff from "A" loop hot leg resistance temperature detector manifold isolation valve.
On October 9, 1986, at 1520 the unit was returned to service.
On October 31, 1986, the unit was operating at approximately 100% power.
