MOTION OF SUFFOLK COUWrY, THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON FOR ONE WEEK EXTENSION IN FILINC TERTINONY ON CONTENTION EE 50 t
According to the schedule set in the Board's February'13 Order, the parties' testimony on both " Group 3" issues (Conten-tions Ex 38, Ex 39, Ex 22.F, Ex 40, and Ex 49.C and others subsumed therein) and " Group 5" issues (Contention Ex $0 and others subsumed therein) are to be filed on March 13, 1987.
The purpose of this Motion is to seek a one week extension of time -,
to March 20 -- for the filing of testimony on the " Group 5" issues only.
The Governments will still file all Group 3 testi-many on March 13.
This extension for Group 5 testimony only would not impact the hearing schedule, and the Governments propose that it would apply to the filing of testimony by all parties.
