A copy of a handwritten letter addressed to Congressman Dingell from a TVA employee was transmitted from you to C. C. Mason on October 21, 1986. This concern is one of several that has already been expressed to TVA by this individual. A review of his concerns has been made and the concerns expressed in this letter will be or are already being investigated by TVA. The possible wrongdoing by supervisors at Sequoyah (SQN) will be investigated by the Inspector General's office. The safety concerns expressed regarding the CCS heater on E714 at SQN have been investigated by Sequoyah management and the Inspector General's office, i
