If you are an HRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreecent State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assurance Progran approved by the Cornission as satisfying the provision of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is recuired.
Since you no longer have a valid Ouality Assurance Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed caterial to a carrier for transport are teminated.
