Dear Mr. Hayes:
Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 5 U.S.C. 552, I am requesting access to the following information:
-The results of three investigations into allegations of employee harassment, drug abuse and falsification of reco rd s at the. Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant near Burlington, Kan.
To the best of my knowledge, the results of these investigations have never been made public, but do fall under the p rovisions of the Freedom of Information Act cited above.
If there are any fees for searching fore or copying, the records I have requested, please inform me before you fill the request.
As you know, the Act permits you to reduce or waive the fees when the release of the information is considered as primarily benefiting the public. I believe that this request fits that category and I therefore ask that you waive any fees.
