In the Matter of Commonwealth Edison Company (Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2)

Docket Numbers 50-456 and 50-457 - O C

Dear Administrative Judges:

In response to Judge Grossman's request, enclosed are additional abstracts of the hearing transcripts prepared by Isham, Lincoln & Beale.

These abstracts are for October 1, 2,

3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 - the Kaushal panel's testimony on BCAP.

Abstracts for the remaining hearing days are being prepared and will be sent to you over the next few weeks.

I have to caution you that these abstracts are pre-pared by paralegals and junior attorneys who are not necessarily familiar with the Braidwood case.

In particular, the BCAP and PTL testimony is difficult subject matter for them.

^o Administrative Judges January 23, 1987 Page 2 have read these abstracts and I believe they are generally accurate, I can't say that I reviewed them word for word.

The abstracts should be used as a guide to the transcripts and not a substitute for them.
