Quality Assurance Program Approval Expiring 8/31/86.

Dear Mr. MacDonald:

In reply to your letter of July 3, 1986, we do not intend to apply for renewal of our current Quality Assurance. Program Approval for Radioactive Material Package No. 0459 expiring August 31, 1986.

The subject Quality Assurance Program was for a one time transfer of a calibration device in approved packaging to the U_niversity of Lowell.

This transfer was accomplished in 1982, eliminating;the need to renew the approval.
