Contract No. NRC-04-83-168 Entitled " Integral System Test Program - Once-Through Integral System and Multiloop Integral System Test Components," Modification No. 11 Pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the subject contract, I hereby make the following changes to the amounts obligated by the parties as follows:
Article III - TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, OBLIGATION OF FUNDS AND LIMITATIONS, paragraph B, Obligation of Funds.
The amounts allocated and obligated by the Institute are decreased by
$30,000.00 from $1,183,000.00 to $1,153,000.00.
As a result of the foregoing, the total amounts of funds presently obligated by the participants for the work specified in Appendix B is decreased by
$30,000.00 from $17,720,671.00 to $17,690,671.00.
This letter modification, executed on behalf of the Government, is forwarded to you in quadruplicate. Pl. ease acknowledge receipt on three copies and return them to this office as soon as possible. The fourth copy is for your files.
