The purpose of this modification is to adjust provisional billing rates to reflect new rates pending approval of the rates by DCAA. Accordingly, the following changes are applicable:

Pending the establishment of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of:dEEEP percent of total direct labor, overhead, and other direct costs for FY 1987.

This action shall have no impact on the total cost estimatdd for full performance of the contract which remains $652,955.00.
