Dear Mr. Berkow Please find enclosed copies of the "PCRV Tendon Interim Surveillance Report" for Fort St. Vrain, dated January, 1987.

The enclosed report presents and discusses the findings of the third six-month interim tendon surveillance program period.
The findings of the second six-month interim surveillance period were reported and submitted under the Reference (1) letter.
The submittal of the enclosed report fulfills the third semiannual commitment of Reference (2), Item 2.
