Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to reflect proposed modifications to the Standby Liquid Control System and to achieve more consistency with the Sttndard Technical Specifications.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check number 17001343 in the amount of $150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
