for Surry Power Station Unit 2.

This report is an Examination Summary.

Should you require more detailed inforination, the entire report will be maintained on file at the station and the corporate office.

In accordance with IWA-6220, Reports for Class 1 and Class 2 Components, a Form NIS-1, Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections, is provided with this report.

The NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Data Report for Repairs and Replacements, are also attached.

The NIS-2 form for the replacement of the one pressurizer bolt is not included in this package.

An error in the handling of the work order prevents us from completing the NIS-2 at this time. The NIS-2 for the pressurizer bolt will be submitted with the next examination summary. In addition, data concerning the reactor vessel examinations was inadvertantly omitted from the ANII's review package.

This information will be forwarded by March 31, 1987.
