Gentlemen:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), Appendix "A",
" Protection, Receipt, Storage and Special Security Measures During Refueling Operations", Revision 19 of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan is submitted for review and approval with no changes.
Revision 19 of the Fort St.
Vrain Physical Security Plan with Appendix "B" and Appendix "C" have been submitted under separate Cover.
With this transmittal, your organization will have a complete copy of the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan, Revision 19.
We request that the enclosed information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and 10 CFR 73.21.
