Supp!ementary Information: Enclosure 1 is the list of students from the States selec-to attend the March 1 - April 2,1999, Applied Health Physics course (H-109). Please provide the list of students and the travel instructions (Enclosure 2) to each individual from your program that is on the list. States with students attending this course have agreed to pay travel expenses and where designated the tuition. To cover the tuition expense, each State should submit a purchase order or equivalent document, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to the following address:

' s INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the training course (H-109), " Applied Health Physics." This course is scheduled to be presented March 1 - April 2,.1999 at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) training center on Laboratory Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

COURSE: The course starts at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 1,1998, and will begin at 8:00 a.m. on all other days. The class will end at approximately 4:30 p.m. each day except for

. Friday, April 2,1998,'which will and at approximately 1:00 p.m.' Students should bring a scientific calculator and know how to use it.
