' MONITORING FOR RADIOACTIVITY COURSE (H-111)
(SP 033 Supplementary infonnation: Enclosure 1 is the list of students from the States 4thrted to attend the June 14-18,1999, Environmental Monitoring For Radioactivity Come (H-111).
Please provide the list of students and the instructions (Enclosure 2) to each individual from your program that is on the list. States with students attending this course have agreed to pay travel expenses, and where designated the tuition. To cover the tuition expense, each State should submit a purchase order or equivalent document, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to the following address:

Course attendees should be encouraged to make travel and lodging arrangements as soon as possible. If for any reason a candidate is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, so that alternative arrangements can be made.

ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the training course (H-111), " Environmental Monitoring for Radioactivity."
J This course is scheduled to be presented June 14 - 18,1999 at the Oak Ridge institute for Science and Education (ORISE) training center on Laboratory Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

G9MBRE: The course starts et 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 14,1999, and will begin at 8:00 a.m. on all other days. The class will end at approximately 4:30 p.m. each day except for Friday, June 18,1999, which will end at approximately 3:30 p.m. Students should bring a scientific calculator and know how to use it.
LODGING: Participants must make their own lodging and travel arrangements. The following hotels are listed for your convenience. Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotels.
