Closeout of Contract No. NRC-05-86-170
Dear Mr. Bethke:
We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed.
The contractor's release for Contract No. NRC-05-86-170 was received on September 9,1999 and the finalinvoice was paid on August 11,1992. Total payment in the amount of $610,569.63 has been accomplished. Per a September 9,1999 telephone conversation with Anita Hughes of my staff, attached for your records is one copy of Modification No.13 which unilaterally deobl.igates remaining funds under this contract in the amount of $6,256.73. Ali obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
