Modification No.12 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract NRC-02-97-001
Dear Dr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$33,000. This increased the total obligated amount from $214,423 to $247,423. Of this amount $230,375 represents the total estimated cost and facility capital, and $17,048 represents the fixed fee. It is estimated that this amount will provide funding through September,1999. The ceiling amount of $284,302 remains the same.
