Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the reporting requirements of the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications and a related exemption from Section 50.36 of the Commission's Regulations to permit a 30 day extension for the filing of Semi-Annual Effluent Reports.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check number 17002386 in the amount of $150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
