Dear Sir:
Enclosed is a check payable to the Treasurer of the United States in the cumulative amount of sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000). This constitutes payment in full in response to the Notice of Violation received as a result of the USNRC I and E Inspections 50-267/85-28 and 50-267/85-32.
Public Service Company of Colorado does not elect to request mitigation of the proposed civil penalty, in whole or in part.
The response to the Notice of Violation is contained under separate Cover.
