By letter dated October 15, 1984, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) informed your company of their approval of your application dated May 25, 1984. This application submitted a revised radiological contingency plan (emergency plan) for the GA Technologies, Inc. facilities. Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not remitted with your application.

Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($2,000) is appropriate since the review was more than administrative or pro forma in nature. A duplicate fee for the second unit is not applicable for research reactors. Therefore, your company is requested to remit the sum of $2,000 to this office.
