Backlog Management Plan.
The Backlog
""- +;+ erat Plan, included as Attachment 1, provides an integrated, structured approach to successfully manage and disposition the backlog of identified open items at the time of Unit 3 restart while maintaining a focus on safe, event-free ops, rations, including preparations for upcsviag refueling outages. The commitments associated with this pisin ~ are provided in Attachment 2. These commitments are NNECO's admowledgment of the importance of sustaining satisfactory performance'on Unit 3 and the sixteen Key _lasues while continuing recovery efforts on Units 1 and 2.
