REPLY TO NOTICE OF NONCONFORMANCE
Dear Mr. LaRochelle:
Thaftk you fnr your letter dated September 29,1997, in response to the Notice of Nonconformance that was issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on August 29, 1997, as a result of an NRC inspection of the Hartfora Steam Boiler inspection and Insurance Company (Inspection Report 99900601/97-01).
We have reviewed your reply and found it responsive to the concerns raised in the Notice of Nonconformance. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
