Dear Mr. Keppler:
The referenced letter transmitted our response to the Notice of Violation which accompanied the subject Inspection Report. In our response, we indicated we would provide a follow-up response by July 1, 1986 addressing the results of our Fire protection Task Force investigation. Accordingly, we have scheduled a meeting with your staff for July 16, 1986 at 1:00 p.m. in your offices, to discuss our Task Force recommendations. Based on a telecon between M. S. Turbak (CECO) and J. J. Harrison of your staff on July 1, 1986, we understand that this meeting will fulfill our July 1 commitment. An agenda for the meeting is attached.
