ORDER (Setting Time to Respond to Motion to Compel)

On March 2, 1987 a motion was received from Suffolk County, State of New York, and Town of Southampton to compel the NRC Staff to respond to portions of their first set of interrogatories and request for production of documents to FEMA and the NRC Staff. It is noted that the certificate of service, accompanying the motion, dated February 27, 1987 provided for the Board to be served by telecopy. That service was not provided.

The time for completion of discovery is to occur shortly, therefore making it appropriate to reduce the usual response time.

It is hereby ordered that responses to the motion to compel be filed with the Licensing Board, in hand, no later than the close of business Friday, March 6,1987.
