Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to the telephone request by your staff on July 24, 1986 the following change to item 5 of the attachment to the referenced letter is submitted:
Item 5:
Provide a plan for report-*ng leak rate testing results to the NRC.
Response: During the power ascension test phase, prior to achieving 5 percent rated thermal power, all the leakage assessment procedures will be performed to collect system baseline leakrate data. This data will be included in a report to the NRC 90 days after the final leak rate test is completed. Af ter commercial operation, a copy of the leakage assessment test results will be forwarded to the NRC as a Special Report. This report would be sent to the NRC at the end of the refueling outage in which the testing takes place.
Items 1 through 4 of the' referenced letter attachment are not affected by this submittal.
