Dear Mr. Sreniseski:
Hurley Medical Center is currently following one patient with a nuclear pacemaker implant. That patient, Mr. Harry Williams, received a nuclear pacemaker implant in the Cardiovascular Study Unit at Hurley Medical Center in 1974.
This letter will serve as written verification of the follow-up contact made to Mr. Williams.
i Today, the following information was obtained from the patients wife:
HARRY WILLIAMS-MODEL #9000A-Serial #3R00248-Imolanted 04/30/74.
Mr. Williams currently living in Grubbs, Arkansas, His telephone Number is (870) 252-3428. His physician is Mark Robinette, M.D., Family Practice Clinic, 801 Osler Drive, Jonesboro, Arkansas,74213. Dr. Robinette's telephone number is (870)932-2423.
Mr. Williams' pacemaker has not been replaced. She indicated that he is not experiencing any complications due to the pacemaker implant.
