RES01.UTION OF l.IVE I.0 ADS ISSUE FROM THE ENGINEERING ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR THE SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT On September 15, 1986, NRR was requested to resolve with the applicant the issue of whether South Texas Pro. ject was correctly accounting for all the live-load combinations in the structural analysis. Enclosed is the copy of an evaluation by the Engineering Branch, Division of PWR I.icensing-A which indicates that the applicant's analytical procedure is acceptable to NRR. The evaluation will be included with the staffs final assessment of the Engineerino Assurance Program. The applicant is scheduled to submit the final report on the Program on March 31, 1987, it is reauested that the SER on it be transmitted to DPl.-A by May 1, 1987.
