2 Annual Emergeng Exercise is scheduled for May 13, 1987. On February 27, 1987, we plan to transmit two copies of the complete exercise scenario package to you and to Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratory, as requested in your January 21, 1987 letter.
The transmittal will be made 30 days earlier - than requested to provide extra time to prepare for the exercise.
