Operating Limits Repon (COLR). The COLR has been updated to provide modified rod insenion limits for Cycle 9 operation to gain additional shutdown margin. The additional shutdown margin is needed due to the axial offset anomaly experienced in Cycle 9. The conclusions of the Cycle 9 Reload Safety Evaluation (RSE) continue to remain valid as the assumptions for the Cycle 9 Axial Offset Anomaly Safety Evaluation (SECL-97-090, Rev. 2) are met. This update is hereby submitted per Technical Specification 6.9.1.9. If you have any questions concerning this repon, please contact us.
