Dear Dr. Paperiello:
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 76, the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) hereby submits twenty (20) copies of Revision 5 (October 16,1997) to DOE /ORO-2026, Plan for Achieving Compliance with NRC Regulations at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.
Revision 5 incorporates changes to Compliance Plan Issue 3. These changes were previously submitted for your review in accordance with 10 CFR 76.45 and were approved as Amendment 1I to the Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 in your letter dated October 16,1997 (TAC NO. L32041). In addition, the Plan of Action and Schedule for issue 3 has been revised to identify those actions which have already been completed. Revision bars are provided in the margins to identify the changes. Revision 5 was dated October 16,1997 and was distributed on October 28,1997.
