REVISION 31 TO THE BIG ROCK POINT PLANT SECURITY PLAN Attached are one (1) original and three (3) copies of Revision 31 of the Security Plan.
Also attached is the Justification for Revision.
This supersedes the letter dcted October 9, 1997 which inadvertently omitted the complete package of changes.
Consumers Energy Company has determined this change does not increase the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits tnis change in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
Consumers Energy Company requests the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosu2e since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 7 3. 2.i. ( c ).
