Appendix 7 of Volume 1.of the. Corporate Nuclear Performance Plan (CNPP) contain's the response.to Item 1 of the May 1, 198611etter.
This letter will ensure the'information needed to complete our answers to Item G.1 of the October 27, 1986 letter and: Item 3 of the-December 20, 1985. letter is provided for.NRC's review.
To ensure we understood the full, scope of NRC's organizational-information
' request and in particular the latest October 27, 1986' Item-G.-l request, we discussed'this issue with the NRC staff in Bethesda on December 3, 1986 and January 16,'1987. As a result of those discussions,- this letter will result in the following informatwn being placed in the TVA Bethesda office for your review:

Office of Nuclear Power (ONP) organization charts with names of incumbents
-down to the branch.(third-tier) level.
The organization charts include-the present (as_of February'13, 1987) technical personnel staffing levels generally summarized at the branch levels.

The employee history records (EHRs) or resumes-for the branch (third-tier) level and above managers.
For Engineering Assurance, all technical personnel EHRs or resumes are being provided.

Adopyofcur' December 31, 1986 Policy and Organization Manual (P&OM).
.The P&OM provides approved ONP policies, organizational descriptions, and position descriptions (PDs) down to the branch level.
It reflects the

organization in place as of December 24, 1986.
The current organization charts include some revisions to the organization as.shown in the December 31, 1986 P&OM, Revision 9 of the QA Topical and Revision 3 of Volume 1 (CNPP).
