NRC PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE REPORT
Dear Mr. Miller:
This refers to a Predecisicaal Enforcement Conference conducted by Mr. James Caldwell, Deputy Regional Administrator, and othe members of the Region til staff on October 9, 1997. This meeting enabled us to gain s better understanding of the circumstances surrounding and the corrective actions for the apparent violation identified in NRC inspection Report No. 70 7001/97007(DNMS) concerning your discovery of uncontrolled classified matter.
You will be notified by separate correspondence of our decision regarding the Enforcement Action based on the iaformation presented and discussed at the Predecisional Enforcement Conference, No response is required until you are notified of the proposed Enforceraent Action.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.v90 of the NRC " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code
- of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
