1986, after unit startup on July 31, 1986.

On August 16, 1986 the reactor power level was reduced to - 95%

due to axial flux difference exceeding administrative limits.

This was a temporary reduction until the problem was corrected.

On August 21, 1986 the reactor power level was reduced to - 99%

for a short period to perform a Periodic Test; Standby Auxiliary Feedwater System Flow Check.
