FEMA'S SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO SUFFOLK COUNTY'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES FEMA supplelments its answers to interrogatories as follows:
1 158. That during the Exercise FEMA did not observe, or speak to, any American REO Cross personnel other than those wh'o initially reported to exercise locations.
FEMA Response:
Denied. The FEMA /American Red Cross Representative, who was an exercise evaluator, had conversations with the local chapter responsible for Red Cross activities described in the Plan. This evaluator also spoke with the National American Red Cross Eastern Operational Headquarters (Alexandria, VA.) that would provide all support to the Nassau County ARC Chapter in staffing and operating congregate care centers.

183. That durtng the Exercise LERO traffic guides observed and evaluated by FEMA were not aware that exposure in excess of the general public PAGs would be a voluntary act on their part.
