December 23, 1986 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Applicants' Petition Under 10 CFR 2.758 and 10 CFR 50.47(c) with Respect To The Regulations Requiring Planning For A Plume Exposure Pathway Emergency Plannino Zone In Excess Of A One-Mile Radius together with supporting documents was filed with this Board on December 19, 1986.
As provided by 10 CFR 2.758(b), any other party to this proceeding may file a response to Applicants' petition by counter-affidavit or otherwise. All responses from the NRC Staff and parties will be filed for delivery in hand to the Board no later than close of business on January 27, 1987. After examination of the responses, the Board will determine if oral arguments are deemed necessary.
