Changes to the Emergency Plan without Commission approval as provided for in 10CFR50.54(q).
Enclosed is a revised copy of the Emergency Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR). This copy includes changes made to our Emergency Plan as revised February 20, 1987.
These changes to the Emergency Plan incorporate the suggestions made during the September 8-10, 1986 Emergency Preparedness Appraisal by personnel from Region III.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and are being made without prior Commission approval as provided for in 10CFR50.54(q).
