A NRC-03-95-026 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to 1) Deobligate excess funds in the amount of $45,419.00 obligated in the basic contract, thereby decreasing the total amount obligated in the basic contract from $1,000,000.00 to $954,581.00, and 2) Designate a new Program Mariager of the subject contract. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

- 1. Subsection B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TASK ORDERS (AUG 1989)
ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991) BASE PERIOD, paragraph (b), is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b) The guarantee minimum obligated by the Govemment under this contract is $954,581.00."
- 2. Subsection H.4, NRCAR 2052.215-70 KEY PERSONNEL (JAN 1993), is modified to delete the names "A. Baione" and "R. Tedesco" and replace them with "Dr. R. Youngblood" as Program Manager.
A summary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY 95 OBLIGATIONS:
$1,000,000.00 TOTAL FY 95 DEOBLIGATIONS:
45,419.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF NRC OBLIGATIONS:
