Enclosed is an application for an export license (XSNM03009), recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of low-enriched uranium, in the form of fuel assemblies for use as reload fuel in the Kernkraftwerk Gundremmingen reactor in Germany. Assurances from EURATOM are required that tne material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.

Please note that a portion of the material may contain Australian and Canadian origin source material.
