MODIFICATION N0. 3 10 TASK ORDER NO. 2. ENTITLED, " ASSESSMENT OF DEBRIS ACCUMULATION ON PWR SUMP PERFORMANCE" UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-04-97-036 The purpose of this modification is to (1) provide for a within scope change at no additional cost or obligation to the Government and (2) extend the period of performance at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 2 is modified as follows:
1.) The subject task order is hereby modified to include a within scope change. The change is based on the attached statement of work and the contractor's technical proposal dated September 22, 1997.
The first sentence of paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted 2.)its in entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from January 2,1997 through February 11, 1998, with a cost ceiling of $69,430.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY97 Obligation Amount: 569,430.00 This modification does not obitgate funds.
Cumulative total of NRC obligations $69,430.00 All other terms and conditions of the subject _ task order remain unchanged, y(bV qD
