Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $59,000.00, ,
thereby increasing the contract's obligated amount from $427,000.00 to $477,000.00. j Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows: (
Under Subsection B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE"(JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are deleted in their ,
entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is
$477,000.00, of which the sum of $438,601.50 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $38,398.50 represents the fixed fee.
(d) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through March 15,2000."
All other terms and conditions of the contract rernain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date, through the date of this action is given below:
1 Total FY97 Obligations: $ 47,000 Total FY98 Obligations: $160,000 l Total FY99 Obligations: $270,000 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $477,000 This modification obligates FY99 funds in the amount of $50,000.
